Up to 25 guests: $40.50

26-50 guests: $45.25

51-100 guests: $60.25

101-150 guests: $75.50

150+ guests: $92.25+

Event Planning
Prices will be based on projected number of planning hours. The event type, number of guests, location, and services needed are all factored in to the final quote.

Full Event Planning

MIXTO will help you handle all the details from start to finish - including the day of your event. Give us your vision and your must-haves and we’ll help you make everything come to life. We will be your teammates and cheerleaders every step of the way!

Day-Of/Month-Of Coordination

MIXTO will coordinate and manage all of the details on the day of your event! We usually get involved between 6-8 weeks prior in order to fully grasp your vision and triple-check that all details are in line. Timeline, decorations, vendors, last-minute issues - we’ll handle it. (Starting at 8 hours + event)
